Which state? Jeff Borden of Borden Windows in the Twin Cities (Minnesota) does retrofit/repair of old wood windows into better sealing windows. Larson Gold storm windows are often added to the exterior.

Borden has been doing this work for years and has exhibited at several local green events. He does good work and is well reviewed.
