[Greenbuilding] Best attic stairs?

Yeah... but due to the existing conditions and space requirements (low
roof; requirement to be able to get 'behind' the stair) I was hoping to
avoid a tent or box arrangement.

We'll get something there... better than what's there now, for sure.
