Greetings,

I wouldn't wet spray cellulose into a cavity.  The only reason for wet
spraying, that I can see, it to have it stick to a wall assembly which
is still open to the space.  That way it can (and should) be thoroughly
dried before putting on the wallboard.  Since it will be dried and firm
by then, no additional force will occur for the wallboard.  For already
closed spaces, blow *dry* cellulose to 3.5 pounds / foot^3.
