Energy efficient air condition for about 5,400 cubic feet;

Hi all,
I'm looking for a temporary cooling method for about 5,400 cubic feet. (About 600 sq. ft floor space with 7ft ceilings.)It needs to either be compatible with a 110 outlet or we could mount a solar panel on the wall where it will be installed.  It will eventually be moved to a cabin or skoolie (school bus converted to RV) and the solar panel would move with it.
