[Greenbuilding] Powder room under stairs

Hi John and all,

The designer never did give me an answer. As to the delay in building,
between addressing conservation and the town's requirements, and the
rain, it's taken time.

The powder room is now "l" shaped, so has plenty of knee room...my 6'9"
cousin will easily fit!
