[Greenbuilding] Nexcem as a retaining wall

Hi All,

I have about 70 Durisol/Nexcem block left over from construction.  Most
have 5" of Roxul in them, but not all.  I've listed them for sale, but
no serious takers.

I need to construct a retaining wall on the side of my raised septic
bed. I also have to fill in an area to the north of the house, a
distance from the septic/ I don't want the block going to a landfill and
moving them to Restore is not possible, so I'm wondering whether I can
simply bury them as fill (at least they have a use here) or use them to
construct the retaining wall without a lot of hassle (e.g. parging, etc).

Any thoughts, listers? Alternately, does someone know of a project that
could use these (14" depth, 12" high, 24" long, insulated ones are
R-28)? I consider donating if so and if the person can pick up. Location
is south Lake Simcoe and I'd need them gone soon.

Many thanks!

Lynelle
