***SPAM*** Apartment composting recommendations + rant

Hi all,

Rant first: Moved to Philadelphia recently, it seems to be common practice here for restaurants to have tables on the sidewalk and use outdoor electric heaters. One directly below our building has about 12 heaters. At 2 KW, 10 hours/day and 100 days/year = 24 MWh just by one restaurant!   -- Sigh

But why I wrote: Let me know if you've had success with composting indoors. I'd prefer not to use worms. It has to be smell free and mold free - I've had problems with smell and mold with DIY methods in the past.
