The physics of heating water, be it by microwave energy or energy of
another wavelength range, is pretty well understood. I can think of
many other widely held beliefs in our society that are far more
worthy of close inspection and challenge. In addition, I don't think
Albert would have been shattered to learn that his theories are not
all-encompassing and eternal (and it might be early in the game to
