Any “excessive” building premiums (probably more than ~ 10%) can be categorized the same as a conventional builder’s premiums for whatever (s)he does to earn a higher price—granite everywhere, fancy chandeliers, exotic floors, blah, blah, blah.<BR>

Re the cost, it might be difficult to amortize the Passive aspects over the life of the house. Still an interesting combination, the rammed earth and all that glass....was, if not practical, pretty interesting IMO.<BR>
