Only a few micro-breweries (speaking of the US) use yeast based carbonation.<br>
<br>The former is taking sequestered carbon and adding back into the atmosphere, the latter is short cycle sustainable carbon. This can be detected by the yeast residue at the bottom of the bottle. (I drink it first for the B vitamins, others avoid it)<br>
