I'd say that we have our own climate refugees, cf the many people
who fled the Gulf during Katrina and who have not returned.<br>

documentary yesterday, "Climate Refugees" commentators
asserted that we are already seeing climate refugees (Northern
sub-Saharan Africa and island nations). In fact some island
nations are looking to buy new nations for them selves.... in
the next 2 to 5 decades we could be looking at 100s of
millions of displaced peoples. <br>
