a function of the water vapor content alone. As more water vapor
is added to a volume of air, the dew point of that air raises,
until it has raised to the actual (dry bulb) temperature, at which
point any further addition of water vapor will condense.<br>

I haven't had a chance to read the article, but just wanted to
point out that this incorrectly worded. Dew point is a function
of temperature alone (for the most part). Adding moisture brings
it closer to condensation, so the point stands.<br>
