<DIV>Please elaborate on your judgment of OSB, ErgoDesk. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Though, traditional plywood is superior as a building product, I have found
OSB adequate as structural sheathing. My hunch is that relying on chips for the
primary material allows smaller parts of the tree to be used. Other things
being equal, the lower price is a factor. If the price is lower because
less resources and embodied energy is required that is good. I the price
is lower because the environment is sacrificed that is bad. The primary
question for plywood, OSB, and cornstalk chipboard would be the glue that binds
them together. Any knowledge of this on the list?</DIV>
