It was done to a standard I think a 3 lb at the time. The walls were left for a year (the unintentional part) before drywalling and the settling gap was 6-8” throughout – which was impressive to actually see.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:black">I’ve not paid attention to cellulose as an insulation over time as I’ve never wanted to use it given its source. I do know that in its history it got approvals for horizontal applications and that vertical applications have sucked. I puzzled over this for a while. Can this be? Why wouldn't it work in a wall? Any of you heard of this? Why would they do that? Even stranger, the supplier I've always used doesn't carry any other cellulose product one might wish to blow into a dense pack wall.
