True. But for such a problem, bio-digesters would have been one of the ideal 
solutions for the " bio-degradable waste disposal " in cities ( especially 
in tropical countries ).

But, will not this water also contain valuable dissolved nutrients ?

May be, the water can be pumped through a pipe, and the concentrated slurry 
carried using other means.
