[Stoves] What will people pay for a stove?

Layaway works where the shop taking the deposit is trusted by the community.
This means permanence. Generally people will not give more to someone who
shows up as an agent because they are too untraceable.

If you want to try it, find a store/shop people know will be there in a year
and have them accept the deposit on behalf of the stove programme.
