Dear Jeff
These machines are really dangerous and take off more fingers than any other tyope of farm equipment. The double feed roller nearly eliminates the risk. I am pretty sure that if mechanised fuel chopping became standard fare for cooks a lot more injuries (amputations) would happen. The solution, if chopped fuel is needed long term, is to commodify the fuel and have specialists process it.
