[Stoves] Making complex steel parts without a laser

I would only use it for thin parts. I expect it would produce a tapered edge all the way around because it starts with a thin line. Because I can cut thin metal to any shape this is only interesting for hardened steel. But if you have no equipment, it looks like you could get a pretty good result on thin metal if you want tabs to fold and lots of slots.

For galv sheet and tin cans it should be really good.

This method might be used to cut flanges with all the holes...Let us know what thickness sheet steel you experiment with...and how it turns out. What do you imagine the maximum thickness (that could be processed this way) might be?
Salt water! Amazing.
