Dear Crispin,

Serving pots ( smaller size ) will definitely be used.

But I have seen the large cooking pot being taken out of the stove with 
great difficulty  -  sometimes even dragged on the floor.

I was only trying to throw an idea. The trolley will have to be designed 
carefully with lot of features ( like safe guarding the trolley structure 
from direct flames, a telescopic arrangement to guide the flame on to the 
pot bottom, etc. ).

Sometimes somebody picks up such ideas, innovates further and comes out with 
a brilliant product.
