Dear Crispin,
Serving pots ( smaller size ) will definitely be used.
But I have seen the large cooking pot being taken out of the stove with
great difficulty - sometimes even dragged on the floor.
I was only trying to throw an idea. The trolley will have to be designed
carefully with lot of features ( like safe guarding the trolley structure
from direct flames, a telescopic arrangement to guide the flame on to the
pot bottom, etc. ).
Sometimes somebody picks up such ideas, innovates further and comes out with
a brilliant product.
Regards,
Rajan
