[Stoves] Testing and Development Laboratories

You can add to this list the testing unit of the Center for Research on Energy and Energy Conservation (CREEC) of Makerere University, Kampala.
 
Last November Paul Anderson of Biomass Energy Foundation and several of us from Pamoja and Jet City StoveWorks did use this facility to work on design and testing of some TLUDs fueled by whole Jatropha seed.  However, to date the equipment and stove development capacity at CREEC is quite limited, despite a dedicated crew of volunteer techies.
