Gerrie,

I learned that it's not always necessary to thaw your ice before taking
a shower, at least not where I visited.

Martin suggested a simpler shower rig but I already built this one, see
attachment. As can be seen I did paint it black in case I needed to warm
the water in the sun but retained the water level markers. This was also
used to wash dishes, tooth brush etc.
