Biomass has fixed carbon without any heating at all. I think there is a
missing agreement about what 'fixed carbon' means.
In coal analysis there is also a fixed carbon% that is already 'in there'.
Determining what it is happens in a lab test. The fixed portion is not
created by the lab test, it just determines what it is.
