I was tempted to post extracts of various chapters of it, it is so useful! Very nice consolidation.

 

I note with interest a more recent affirmation of the number of people badly affected by stove smoke. Usually we quote WHO 2006 but there is a 2010 reference there.

 

And a whole lot more.
