Yes, indeed, the briquettes produce a lot of ash. For the single barrel
model, Rok Oblak designed to have a hole on the side of the burner. You can
scrape off the ash on the side while cooking. I found that old hacksaw
blade, the one used for cutting iron, suits welll for this, provided that
you grind off the remaining teeth in the saw blade.

In my case, i decided to create a second barrel underneath the main fuel
shelf. This allows scraping of the ash towards you, not side ways. the
second barrel also serves as a porthole for additional incoming hot air
thus, boosting the flame further.

I will do some sketches as soon as i have more time.
