Well done!

Please get a sample of the fresh wood and weigh it. Maybe 1/2 kg. Get the mass when supplied to the kiln. 

Then dry it later to get a real moisture content. It is a very important number. It think there is month way it is as high as 50%. The yield is a critical number for your process amd claims made.
