[Stoves] Redox of gas samples

Stovers,

For water samples there is a Redox meter that fits in one shirt pocket that
determines on a scale of reduced >>> oxidized. I am wondering if there is
such a thing for gasses where one does not need to determine all the gases
present. If very reduced (low value) between the primary and secondary it
might indicate more ions in a form to release more energy when in the
secondary(?) or too much oxygen (high reading) or if there are too many
large organic structures still needing to be broken down (high reading) due
to low primary temperature(?) etc.

Thanks

Frank
