[Stoves] more on pellets

The lighting of rice hull pellets is an issue. They do not light as easily
as loose rice hulls. So far the best way we have found to light pellets is
to coat loose rice hulls in paraffin, and to place them on top of the
pellets. Does anyone have any suggestions in this regard? The lighting of
pellets must take place quickly, and it should be as smokeless as possible.
The lighting of pellets could be a major obstacle to the social
acceptability of the pellet TLUD.

The second issue that we faced was how to extinguish open flames within the
reactor, once the pellets were lit. This proved to be an easy problem to
solve. When the fan is turned off for just a few seconds, the flames go
out, and when the fan is turned back on at the right speed (not too high),
they do not reappear.
