Paul,

I have a collection of meat grinders I got at garage sales I use to break up
char without a lot of dust and works on small amounts of woody chip samples.
If I can find some rice hulls I will let you know. Perhaps tomorrow.

pellets

Do you think it is possible to run loose rice hulls through a meat grinder

These are time honoured devices:

we connected them via a long square tube and a universal joint or hardy
connection to the hub of any small car or a stationary engine. A water wheel
would do exellently !
