[Stoves] ISO standards for cookstoves

ANSI Webinar June 18 - Formation of the U.S. TAG for Clean Cooking Standards

Dear Colleagues,

As was announced in other Alliance updates, the International Organization
for Standardization (ISO) has agreed to form a new technical committee on
Cookstoves and Clean Cooking Solutions.

The American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the ISO member
organization for the U.S. will be holding a webinar for relevant U.S.
stakeholders to discuss the formation of a U.S. Technical Advisory Group
(US/TAG) to support U.S. national consensus-based participation in the ISO
Technical Committee and national activities related to Cookstoves.

and operations of US/TAGs, as well as information on the ANSI processes for

mentioned, the approval is for a new technical committee, not for standards.
