[Stoves] Useful GIZ-HERA document off-line?

Hi Tom

I worked with Mike Bess.

I cant remember where it was published but ESD who ran the project won an
Shell environment award.
There are a lot of World Bank reports on the stove but I am not sure where
and when we published as we developed it over 15 years ago. When i get back
from China I wil scan and send.
