Please let us know how it goes. It is a solution to a number of ignition
problems and it has only one upfront cost. It is a device that 'does the
blowing'. When it is demonstrated on a charcoal it becomes quite obvious
that there is no smoky period when the user has to wave a piece of cardboard
box furiously back and forth to push air into the fire. The ignition cone
just pulls the air vigorously into the fire from below. To ignite a TLUD
this is exactly what needs to happen. All air getting to the tinder has to
be from below to get the top wood pieces ignited.

Remember, fire follows air. This means it chases towards the air supply. If
it is from below, the fire runs down into the fuel mass.
