Dear Crispin,
 
New Technology, can ALWAYS be inapropriate, if missused and introduced linked to hidden agendas. 
 
YES, cellphones can be missused, Internet can be missused, Nuclear Power can be missused, Drones can be missused, IF,  in the hands of the "WRONG" People.
 
And the BIG questions is:
WHO is going to determine that...............??
 
Always ask (the right) QUESTIONS.................
 
Good bless Paal for his excelent knowledge and high moral, introducing his Peko Pe to us.
No hidden agendas, no greed, just plain enthusiasam and only focus to benefit the low Income households.
