[Stoves] update: coffee-grounds briquettes

What is the chemical composition of nuts? Surely it is higher than the average for the tree from which it falls?

I think the energy is in the grounds that makes it worth the effort.

Thanks

My take is that while it appears a quick blend to make up, neither esp coffee grounds have much inherent energy try adding in some charcoal dust and crumbs, the latter seived/ pulverised to mean dia. Of say 3mm (largish door screen). Like any additive you addi it til the blend will not stay together in a sample from your clenched fist which is the dangled between you index finger and thumb and shaken as you would a salt shaker.

They luck fluffy but they have some heft to them.

The three in the photo (see attachment) weigh about 94 grams. Their
diameter is about 6cm. All three stacked up were about 8cm tall. So
their density is about 94g / (pi * (6cm / 2)^2 * 8cm) ~ .4g/cm^3.
(Check my math.)
