Page 55+ details the cooking aspects of the modelling using projections based on LPG, biogas, ethanol, and fan-assisted/forced-draft stoves, and notes these may not be suitable fuels for rural cooking. Interestingly, it emphasizes a complete energy/economy overhaul is needed, which includes North America and Europe in addition to China and East Africa, if both people and ice caps are to be saved.
