[Stoves] Flamestover TEG device

If interested a SilverFire video my son Keegan put together for some folks
in Malaysia on the operation of our Survivor Rocket stove & Hunter Chimney
Gasifier stove.  Note the use of dried dung in the Hunter.  He just
returned from overseas.
