[Stoves] EPA and new stove rules

2.   This takes one to 355 pages at:

which I have barely skimmed (and won’t do more for some time).

   I did find the word “carbonization” used quite a bit (not pyrolysis or carbonization)

3.  One of many good-looking cites sends you to an EPA report done for New York,  where I saw a lot more good data - especially for 2-stage combustion.
