Dear Anand and all,

 

It boils at 122 ° C

 

CH3-CHOH-COOH forming under neutral pH , acidic stops fermentation !

 

Lyofillisation ,dry freezing ! Works always but is expensive . Vacuum pump
and CO2 at minus 60 ° C .

 

Dyalyse is expensive for the membrames .

 

Heated gives lactide . Dual lactic acid minus water .

 

Al soluble !
