[Stoves] Ghana visa

All,

When I entered Ghana Sunday afternoon, I saw the booth for obtaining a 
visa at the airport.   Info from a uniformed worker was that the cost is 
US$150 and the person still needs the letter of invitation about why 
coming to Ghana.   I cannot guarantee that this works, but it seems to 
be in place.   Expect a wait while processing some persons (I saw 8 in 
the line).
