Tom,

 From 2010, Alexis Belonio released the attached document of a rice husk 
TLUD-FA in Indonesia.   Title is:

A super low-cost blue-flame rice husk gas stove

Alexis worked with a company in Indonesia for a year, maybe much 
longer.   He is back in the Philippines, but his work and off-shoots 
could be operational in Indonesia.
