Josh,
Nice idea, saves money for the vendor, uses the ample supply of solar energy even in the rain and at night, burns a waste product to save having to buy a more expensive fuel, and reduces the mosquito population. Also you created some jobs.
Good job!
Kirk

The Solar Dryer in Wings for Buko Shells.pptx
Dear Friend Stovers.
With gladness, i would like to share with you a recent project i have just installed, the solar dryer in wings. It is for the Culinary Education Foundation at Quezon City, Philippines which is headed by Mrs. Susana P. Gierrero. Along with this dryer, i was tasked to construct brick stoves, a full size brick oven, and a solar box cooker Will share with you the news as the rest of the installations gets done.
Best regards
Jed Guinto
