You can try something like this, I designed about 2 years ago with the hope that someone in Haiti had some interest but I have no contacts in that country, if they find a good welder I think they can replicate the stove and the street vendor cart use a T-char gasifier that can be replaced for continuous cooking.Good luck

Subject: Phillipines. And Cambodia

I am helping a city project NGO IN manilA and want to gift them a
cooking facility to cater for street children.  They use gas bottles.
I want to encourage a biomass oven using scrap wood.  If my charity is
willing to gift some funds could you build an oven in. Manila for
them. Or at least provide  building instructions    The cooks cater
for up to 50 children  the tips have plenty scrap wood.
