[Stoves] Pyrolysis adaptation for tea factory

BTW Ron we used the char in the fields and tested its usefulness for the
crops. That was in 1995! We did not find any harmful affect. Though we did
not do a detailed study. Now use of char for improving the soil and yields
is a rage.
