[Stoves] Question about recent publication

Stovers and Charists,

If you have access to this recent publication (that is behind a pay 
wall), I would like to know the extent to which SMALL devices and 
processess are included in their discussion.   TLUD and FA (Flame Cap) 
are two which should be included.
