[Stoves] ETHOS 2017 agenda and logistics

Dear Andrew, dear Elisa,

The hottest topic, that I don't see on the agenda, is undoubtedly the 
many issues with the Water Boiling Test that have been proven by several 
studies.
This is an urgent issue, it has to be solved. ETHOS is the best 
opportunity for stovers to discuss it in person.
