[Stoves] ETHOS 2017 agenda and logistics

Dear Adam,

That's a good idea, it could be a kind of introduction, with the main 
updates and remaining questions on the protocol.
I'm sure that would be useful to many who possibly don't understand what 
the current discussions on the WBT are all about, since they are quite 
technical.
