[Stoves] Advocacy action: ask the GACC to stop promoting the WBT

Dear Tami, Ron,

Please note that Mouhsine Serrar, just like Jiddu, is a supporter of the 
initiative, and has concerns about the reliability of the WBT.
Mouhsine is really busy and doesn't have time to follow the Stove List.

He was one of the signatories of the Lima consensus.

So that means things can and have evolved, unsurprisingly, since 2011.
