I would only add that a private lubricant company - Castrol India, acquired
by BP - did introduce pellet stove in the market circa 2007 but gave up
after a couple of years.

Monitoring results were not publicized. BP just folded up the business as
pellet prices rose (feedstock prices increased; I have written about this
earlier.)
