[Stoves] Wood chip standard

This is good news Crispin - thanks for the info. 

Finally looking at the biomass fuel characteristics, at least for pellets and now working on chips. 
One potential problem I see is that they are setting up the same type of standard for chips as was done for pellets. That is there is only one limited range for the particles to fall into. Good for stove designers to make different stoves all using the same fuel. Not good if we were to move a pellet machine on site (or chipper) and due to the available biomass  those limits cannot be met. We need to be more flexible and work with what we get. We need no limits. Just a table of the different measurements made and matching them with stoves able to use these type of fuels. Pellets made of switchgrass to newsprint will not meet pellet standards but still might be a usable fuel. 

Encouraging nevertheless. Something that will actually contribute to cleaner air rather than just talking about how bad it is and where it comes from.
