Dear Xavier,

Thanks for the comments. Variables are never fully controlled as there are always a ’noise level’ that is the weakest link. We need to get them controlled enough so results are predicted and we can manipulate then to what we want. The fuel is controlled enough so when they are different we see a difference in the ’task’. We know it can be done because pellets are a good example. They are very controlled and Standardized in the US to all be the same. 

1) We have a lot of people using biomass fuel - that will not change.
2) A lot will not install a stack - unless Cecil can change that. 
3) We want to improve their conditions. 

The only way is to get control over the operation going from biomass to task. That is all we have.
