The idea was forced because at that time (1986) i was working with large 
institutional stoves (using a 1/2 cut oil drums as a pot). And the 
procedure of the water boiling test (extinguishing the fire and weighting 
the charcoal) was just absurd...
Also taking in account that the mass (brick built stove) of the stove was 
still hot and the heat stored in the stove would have not been taken in 
account by such a testing proceedure.
